It is important to listen and comprehend changing markets. Much like in the old days a man put his ear to the ground and remained in silence, we can hear and feel the changing wind. There is a need in changing environments, both workplace and residence, to consider the precautions which are risks and benefits which are rewards. Is it possible to minimize one and maximize the other. I believe this is the new lifestyle paradigm and Michael and I have prepared in advance. Choices in lifestyle will now override geographic necessity. There are many reasons for this and number one of course is the internet. Even in a rural environment there are a variety of technology sources available and there are nearby business locations if speed is of necessity. Another reason for lifestyle to override geographic chains is the workplace has become accustomed to the acceptance and workarounds needed to prevent spread of corona virus which to our surprise has often created greater efficiency and profitability. It is now more possible, than ever before in history, to provide valuable services as employee or entrepreneur, and choose your geographic location. Since location has loosened its grip on the average American Head of Household, we do not need to make decisions based on the cost of housing within a 30 mile radius. Your choices have broadened and with that you can buy more. You can have your work and your dreams, your work and your extended family, and / or your work and your farm.
